About Our Practice

Mind Map Evaluations provides comprehensive psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling academically, behaviorally, or functionally in school settings.

Our assessments are designed to answer the questions families are asking:

• Why is learning difficult?
• How does my child process information?
• What supports or services could help?
Does my child have a documented disability, and how can that be clearly identified?

Through individualized, evidence-based evaluation, we identify learning strengths, areas of need, and patterns that may be impacting academic performance, attention, behavior, or emotional regulation. Results are translated into clear, practical recommendations that parents and schools can understand and use.

Our evaluation reports are written to be shared with school teams and relevant agencies when appropriate. They are structured to support educational planning, intervention development, special education considerations, and other service-related decisions. While eligibility determinations are made by schools or agencies, our goal is to provide clear, professional documentation that helps move conversations and planning forward.

At Mind Map Evaluations, we focus on clarity, collaboration, and usability. We believe assessments should do more than describe test scores—they should provide insight, direction, and meaningful next steps for families and educators alike.
